Remember, Jane was probably high the whole time. WBG did take a lie detector test, but to the best of my knowledge he lied when he said he hadn't been over there that night. When I talked to Chuck, that was the first time I'd heard the knife, the throat cutting, and the tossing in the river story. I didn't believe it either and totally discounted until the JO and the putting a knife to Misty's and Tommy's throat story came out and then I revisited my taped interview with Chuck and gave copies of it to the PCSO. It may be too late to ever get the proof needed for a conviction, or convictions. I think we all hate to see someone "get away with" harming an innocent child but even if they don't pay thru the justice system I believe they will ultimately pay for what they did. But that's jmo. I have even ranted on this issue. I have sat down recently and looked back a little bit bringing in to the account of the possibilities from the info we have received over the past four years. I am starting to believe that certain LE officers caught on that there was some kind of leak. I base this on the info Cobra brought out about LE accussing TN of having a recorder during thier conversations and bringing tears for TN. I also am now thinking that LE was listening to what Misty and Tommy had to say about RC even though they claimed they were not interested in him at all. I base this on the last two years of releases by LE on that they want to hear from RC as well as Misty. It seems as though they have put the heat on RC and MC by these releases. LE has stated within the last two years that they knew from day one the family was not being truthful. Apparently LE has found some corroboration to some of the talk or evidence that has also put the spotlight on RC or they would not have released the media releases as they did. I think it was pretty strategic withholding the drug sting from haleighs task force. I still laugh at AS and TN for blaming Misty for Ron being caught up in the tafficking.
